These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Spendly.sg platform (the "Service"), provided by IT People Solutions Pte Ltd (UEN: 202114525H), with a registered office address at 1 Tampines North Drive 1, #06-08, T-Space, Singapore 528559. By accessing or using Spendly.sg, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Service Overview

Spendly.sg is a receipt management and expense tracking platform designed to help employers track household expenses. The Service includes automated receipt data extraction, analytics, and member management.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. IT People Solutions Pte Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure credentials. You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

3. Subscription & Payments

Access to premium features is subject to a recurring monthly subscription fee of $1.99 SGD. Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; however, no refunds are provided for partial months. Failure to maintain a valid subscription will result in the suspension of access for both the employer and their household members.

4. Automated Receipt Extraction & Data Accuracy

Spendly utilizes AI-powered tools (including OpenAI) to extract data from receipt images. While we strive for high accuracy, the automated extraction process may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all extracted financial data. IT People Solutions Pte Ltd is not liable for financial discrepancies or inaccuracies resulting from AI data extraction.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, IT People Solutions Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
